On taterholeās suggestion! For pain relief and general goodness. Iāve just used some on my painful neck and it is soothing. Like a milder tiger balm that doesnāt stain your clothes! The bottle is so cute, Iām gonna carry it everywhere and always smell of menthol and lavender.

Diluted with a carrier oil or (I know this is bad) just full-on applied by itself to your abdominal area. I also use it for headaches bug bites and when Iām sick (either under my nose or dabbed on the shower walls in a hot shower for aromatherapy)ā¦ it really really helps.

itās so wild how some ppl find the scent really weird and offensive when it just smells like root beer to me

I am by no means traditionally religious, but I fully understand how being in the presence of beautiful stained glass can feel like being with god. ALWAYS stop off at a church on the way if you think it might have good stained glass. The bluebells in the bottom right corner of this made me loose my breath for a moment.
