My friend just got back from tour in the Netherlands and he was telling me about what he calls ā€œpost tour depressionā€ when you have to go back to real life and all the fun and the road warrior-ing and the tribal nature of the crew being out there together fades back to normalcy

I recently did a little baby tour with my band, 4 states 4 shows.
You meet all kinds of cool people, but whatā€™s even cooler is when your closest buds tag along. Watching your homies shove each other in a Philly basement while your band is rippin is spiritual

Moving into my first apartment, some sick concerts
Moved out for real this time, most stressful week of my life I swear. BUT also got to see my fav band 4 times on tour and explore two other cities solo, call me a groupie i wouldnā€™t trade it for anything. AND got to see one of my other favorite bands 3 times AND work for them. On top of like a country TON of other concerts of some fav bands. Things ainā€™t so bad.

add it into a routine
this one is kinda hard but i for instance, i added it into my nightly routine, instead of looking at my phone for 10 hours, i read some. Sometimes i can get through a couple pages sometimes the a couple chapters, just depends on the day ā£ļø also reading graphic novels helps a lot too it made traditional books easier for me :)
