candles is a slow build but by the end i'm always weepy but you also have to listen to those lyrics for it to really hit. To Build A Home is outright sad, but then played during This is Us which is tears on sight so

I think I've bawled my eyes out to every track at this point for different reasons. not even exaggerating. once you think you're done with it you get hit with a brand new emotion and find new symbolism in the lyrics. and another painful feeling to unfurl and free yourself from. if I could get everyone to listen to an album this would be my pick

I love how vulnerable the song is. I love this band and all their songs are kinda sad but incredibly beautiful and full of raw emotion. I’ve been listening to them since I was a teenager and somehow they’ve always managed to tell my life story back to me.

I know I can't shake instagram for good, i'm not that strong, but I deleted the app and only go on the browser when I really feel like I need to be on it. makes it a much less desirable experience and I spend way less time on my phone in general
