I personally feel like this didn’t get the hype that it deserved, but I am also a sucker for the most depressing movies you could ever imagine. Watch this if you want to be left heartbroken and sobbing. Zac Efron did such an amazing job of portraying strength and softness.
even though it also made me cry, this movie really made me laugh. Especially the scene with the statue, but also a lot of other times. No big comedy punchlines, just the funny awkwardness of daily human existence. Kieran Culkin is such a funny actor, I had a huge crush on Roman Roy. love that also in this movie, even though his characters carry a sadness/heaviness, they’re still super witty and playful.
