I remember sneaking down to my basement and watching this scene secretly. It really scarred me as a kid and remained a fixture of my memory for a long time. It's a great scene, super tense.
message really well incorporated into the body horror of this movie. The little dialogue was enough to get the point across. Cinematogrophy was insane, though the cgi a bit tacky and bad. But it kinda added to the horror.
