i wish i was joking but i’m diagnosed and they have been the biggest help for my adhd since i got them prescribed... but non-meds wise: i made another post about organizing stuff recently, i’ve also found some apps to be super helpful: flora (pomodoro focus app), screenzen (best way to manage screen time), waterllama (manage water intake), + gcal and google tasks (turn on notifs, use both religiously).
the eisenhower matrix is a weird but useful way to think through task prioritization; writing out things to do step by step as a to do list can also be helpful (i.e. instead of just “write paper” break down all the steps from reading/bibliography to final edits)
