Inside Job

It's an animated show on Netflix set in a universe where conspiracy theories are real and everything is actually controlled by the government, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that this show extended my will to live. I did hear it got cancelled after season 2, though, which is sad and typical for Netflix, but it's a 10/10 nonetheless

Who else watched this???? Absolutely fucked up story and it’s disturbing this is a real story. The producer seems absolutely psychopathic and seems to have little remorse for what he did. I’m happy the guy was able to find some light in all of this, but such a twisted story. Would love to hear thoughts from anyone else whose seen this

“the peripheral” season 2

shockingly good william gibson adaptation ran for an incredible first season on scammazon prime and promptly after announcing season 2 they used the writers strike as an excuse to cancel it and i will never forgive them!!! unique, superb sci fi that could have been the next big thing if streaming production companies weren’t weak as fuck

asd/adhd REPRESENTATION in the media

not really a rec but i just watched fantastic mr. fox (2009) and ash and his father are such great representations of the spectrum that is neurodiversity. i’m not sure if wes anderson intended to make his characters present characteristics of asd or adhd, but even if he didn’t, i felt incredibly impacted by this story, and i know that the neurodiverse community has found solace in this movie for YEARS.
