i worked here for a few years and often got emotional just entering it (dramatic i know!!), it is just such a marvel, truly emblematic of the city/iconic, visiting the top was always such an adventure, also my fav part was that there are these murals throughout the lobby (mainly the ceiling but also the reception desk wall and in the elevators) that feature gears in celestial formations it is extremely steampunk!!!!

Because what are steel beams, chunks of concrete, an unbelievably massive utility pole, a water treatment facility if not pieces in a sculpture park. My storm king!
(Also technically a rec for Hornsby Bend in Austin TX, technically the city's water treatment area which is interesting in its own right, but also a wonderful destination for birding)

I always go on a day long outdoor excursion in a natural or semi natural area (city parks work as long as theyre big enough) ocean or lake is ideal due to outside water's cleansing properties. Laying down on the ground (sleeping, even) and looking at things that are far away are also important, as well as having lunch at a cafe or something with no time limit on how long you take to eat πͺ² dont come home until youre feeling sleepy (not just tired)
