my convos/messages seem to be borked

yesterday whilst underground on a train, i tried to compose and send a group convo on the app, but my service cut out partway through. the app didn’t react to my getting service back, so i closed and reopened it, but now my Convos view just doesn’t open at all, endless loading spinner

the unread notification for convos refuses to disappear

the convo has been read but the notif is still there. viewed it on pc and mobile and it just won't leave

pretty sure the convos don’t work

they loaded once for me a few days ago and since then have been empty. but other than that when you submit a post it’s a little slow and then i’m not sure if it went through or not. and then it does! but i think i’ve seen people duplicate posts (maybe bc of this?)
