i’ve been so entranced with asian flavors in desserts lately and this is the newest addition. had it at an asian mexican fusion restaurant and it is just so correct. apparently pandan is a plant / leaf in southeast asia but i couldn’t rly describe the flavor to you. just subtly curious and beautifully smooth.
