Slow pulp is one of my favorite bands so Iβm a little biased, but i Personally think itβs gives off that 90s movie Protagonist Feel. Very euphoric and lively beat/instrumentals but the lyrics are the epitome of that sorta coming of age and figuring out life vibe.
While The Lord of the Rings was being filmed, Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn) would hike for days to the filming locations, in costume with his sword, in order to appear authentically travel-worn.
His neighbors called the police on him because he would practice his sword moves in front of his house.
He kept the horse that he rode during the film, too, and the crew said he'd spend hours in the barn bonding with the horses before filming.
Amazing actor.
I'm sure you've heard of it, but have you ever actually gone and listened to it, in order, from start to finish? It's legitimately fantastic.
If you're not into classical, though, I'd recommend some folk/indie bands. They often have excellent concept albums. The Crane Wives is my top recommendation, and The Arcadian Wild is a great runner upper.
I found it recently, and it's just so chill, with minimal weirdness compared to most of my music taste, so it's good to decompress to.
I've also been listening to a lot of AURORA again recently. I love her music so much.
