The bravery it took for the actual person who went through these events to reenact their own traumas is insane! I didn’t know what I was signing up for but I’m glad I saw it. It’s so honest and vulnerable. Immaculate!

exploitative? maybe. But i think that's a risk with any portrayal of a vulnerable subject. imo Donny's storytelling was careful yet incisive. I think it centered more-so around his own acquiescence, at times even explicit encouragement, and self-realization. As for Fiona Harvey's interview, the casting and acting was def on point...
