They’ll get you up and out, especially if you can schedule morning activities. also, if you have friends who work or are morning people, text them when you wake up and maybe they can help you stay accountable and get going. Or if people in your house get up for work, get up with them and have coffee or breakfast together. Socializing might be the best way to wake up your brain.
The simplest change that helped me the most was going to bed and waking up at the same times every day. And then no naps. Make the bed when you get up so it isn’t so tempting during the day.
