as an ADHD girly, I love my capacity to be interested in virtually anything, but that invariably leads to analysis paralysis when I’m deciding what to do. So I use an app (tiny decisions) and a website (pickerwheel) to make those decisions for me! Decisions are made AND I’ve made it into a game for myself! 🔥
