Caravan has been in operation for over 3 decades now. Some would even call it an old-school spot for NYC vegans. The real deal. They also have tons of gluten-free options (perfect for someone like me). It's all organic too. And you can feel it is all made with attention and love.

preferably in nature, by yourself or with someone you love. i try to do it at least once a year. for me it’s one of the best ways to reset and check in with myself. to look inside and zoom out at the same time, remember who i am and what’s important in my life. it always makes me feel refreshed, reconnected and reinspired
or just take a long hike or go camping without the medicine and it’ll still work wonders!
