I used Sea Breeze astringent and Mane ’n Tail horse shampoo for a month — did the trick! Also invested in a humidifier and kept it running by my bedside at night. Satin or silk pillowcases also help.
did you use both on a daily basis? and after the month did you change anything? i had never thought about the pillowcases, and this might be the final signal for me to get a humidifier, thanks!!
arbysluvr49 After a few weeks of not having signs of dandruff or itching, I just went back to normal shampoo and conditioner. i use JVN shampoo rn. But still try wtvr the new derm recommends because possibly have a condition that requires a prescription
Use something like olaplex no 6 put it in your hair and leave it for like 16 hours as a mask. Look for a rosemary oil (mielle organics one is good) and a scalp serum like maybe the one from Vegamour or act+acre Sorry this is kind of vague rn but I can get more specific if you want
I’m trying really hard to write a rec that doesn’t just sound like regurgitated marketing lol. This isn’t a shampoo or a conditioner—but a cleansing cream. My hair is super fine and kinda sucks. I used to wash my hair each time I showered because it just got tangled if I wet it and didn’t slather it in conditioner. I’ve been using this product for about 9 months now and it has truly worked wonders. My hair is super soft, looks fuller, and actually feels clean. I only wash it twice a week now and it looks good between washes. It did take some time to get used to, but I’m really happy with it and glad I made the switch!
