MOVIE MARATHONS

Whenever I get sick I love a constant flow of comforting movies. I also deeply enjoy a theme. When I get really sick and can spend a whole day doing nothing, I decide on about 5 movies and get to it. Last year I did Jane Fonda movies, this year was the hunger games. Glorious. Also really funny to log on Letterboxd

binge watching wallace and gromit

Binge watching things can be a little unproductiv, but we all need days where we just relax ❤️ I did a whole Wallace and Gromit universe watchthrough in a few days and it was the best thing I have ever done. The claymation is so amazing and I just love it so much!!

Watching tv on my lunch break

I used to reserve this time for reading but there’s something so indulgent about cuing up a show or YouTube on my phone and watching it while I eat. It feels like I’m being a little naughty but in a way that also nourishes me.

sleeping on it

I find that sleeping resets my brain and helps me decide whether I actually want to make a decision. Even a nap has helped me be at peace with my decisions and decide what to do next.
