it's essentially a bunch of saunas and a bunch of cold rooms in one area so you get really hot then get really cold then get really hot then get really cold and so on and so forth. i've wanted to go to the russian turkish bathhouse since i saw the interviews outside with those gays who were absolutely glowing. they looked so happy i assumed it was a bathhouse in the 80s type of way and i was heartbroken because i really wanted in on both the gay sex part and the bathhouse part. turns out they dont do the gay sex part anymore! so now ive been obsessed with the idea of having a beast mode workout on a saturday, getting crazy sore, going in on a sunday, and letting the heat from the russian turkish bathhouse touch me in places i've never been touched before. none of my friends want to go with me because they think it sounds "unsanitary" and "torturous" π WHATEVER!!! they just don't have the spirit of a warrior. a little scared to go bc everyone they post on their instagram looks like the have an equinox membership but at the end of the day in the banya we all ΡΠ΅ΠΌΡΡ
