Charred Polish
everytime im in Chicago i have to get me a charred polish sausage it has to be some special trick to it cause everytime i overcooked a sausage it never taste like what i get in the windy city

I’m a charred polish sausage enthusiast (I buy Teton Ranch grass fed uncured Polish sausage from Costco).. have you tried cooking it in a cast iron pan king!!!! You just leave it there for a while on each side and wait for all of those delicious carcinogens I think it works bc the pan gets so hot
