eat one as soon as you wake up, as often as possible. i’ve been obsessed with the blueberry and cheese danish at marcy & myrtle lately i roll out of bed, walk to the coffee shop, get an iced red eye and a danish then try to get back to my apartment before i shit myself

i always had issue eating sweet and heavy things early in the morning bc they made me feel so sick and i basically had to force it down. i’ve said it here before but i love quesadillas in the morning bc they’re fairly quick yet so filling and give you so much energy. i also make baked pita “pizzas” w olive oil, feta, spinach, roasted peppers…honestly whatever i have in the fridge. i really love a good egg and french fry moment when im feeling lazy :) or leftover rice and beans. i always pair anything i eat with a hot tea or some kombucha for easy digestion.
