I hate water with a passion so I have to trick myself into drinking it. Only way I've been able to do so is with a really pretty glass. This one is from Murano, it's very sturdy, has grips for your hands, and I love the crazy colors and patterns.

I didn't realize how important the vessels we use to eat and drink from actually are to the gastronomic experience until I started making my own glasses. My new collection of hand blown glasses have completely and utterly transformed the beverage experience. They're SO pretty and they have such a nice "hand" (and industry term, don't worry about it!). There is one glass that is the color of raspberry ice with a beautiful butter yellow flower adorning the front that makes my morning chlorophyll water the most fabulous part of my day.

I treat myself to a nice chilled bottle of San Pellegrino, Mountain Valley, or Acqua Panna every now and then, most importantly from a glass bottle- a delicious one way trip to refreshment town. Sorry @environment I promise I am otherwise a Nalgene user most days.

simply because it reminds and motivates me to drink more and I don’t have to refill it as often. At home I drink it with no ice but that’s just because I don’t particularly enjoy the ice that comes out of my ice maker and ice cube trays are a pain…

If the voice in your head is being too mean ask it if it would talk to someone you love this way. My internal monologue can be a 💩 and this sometimes can help it be more constructive
