Iâm in Australia so Iâm not sure it would work for you, but maybe youâre a clever VPN user. It has a really good selection - I just watched La Haine using it but it has an eclectic and free offering!
most of the time itâs internet archive but iâll
take anything (to a point obviously i actually have some standards for illegal websites)
iâve actually been so successfully recently though so try it
wonât work really for newer films which obviously makes sense but if you donât want to pay like ÂŁ10 for a film that isnât really on many streaming services then try this and you might win
Idk how streaming services are in the states but imo mubi has a lot of international movies that I donât find on other platforms. I also like that they have a podcast and they feature a lot of mini collections like âwomen directorsâ etc. watched a lot of good movies on there :)
I think going to sleep is the really fun part of sleeping. The feeling of drifting off is what we're here for right? Drink a bunch of water before bed and not only do you wake up more hydrated but you'll likely get to get up and head to the loo AT LEAST once.
Without this break in your sleep, we zoom unawares towards our alarms. Only recommended for people who actually get up when they need to pee.
It would be cool if they all did this. i know itâs not high art but maybe there could be a directors cut lol. I love it. Just watched stand by me, can you tell?
I really enjoyed the ownerâs selection and I liked getting to know her. At first we thought she maybe didnât want us in there but itâs a good reminder that language barriers are real and just because we think weâre not the âannoyingâ kind of tourists, that connection isnât granted. Some Google Translate and fawning over her latest acquisition (Chick Correa v Herbie Hancock) and we all got along!
