get up walk around, within your vicinity or maybe not shake your legs out push yourself to discover the new if you’re capable, and willing don’t doom yourself to simply what’s known move around and find where you breathe best even if this takes forever, sometimes the road can be home

does anyone remember these little things? came across one recently when i was clearing out some junk. used to get sooooooo hype about these cuz they felt so high tech at the time. made me really appreciative of how easy it is to listen to music now on the go :)
