I know a lot of people hate tuna, but this meal is easy as long as you know how to use a frying pan.
I mix a tin of tuna (in oil) with at least one egg, maybe two, and some grated cheese. Add in some seasoning to taste, and use a spoon to drop into the pan. Flip them after a few minutes. You might want to finish them off in the oven. They are amazing with smashed avocado on top, I like to mix in some chilli and mayo with the avocado. Also nice in a sandwich.
Egg baked in an avocado until over easy, topped with salt and pepper (or fave seasoning) - such a decadent yet healthy treat for something so low-effort!
My hyper fixation breakfast rn. Heat up some chili crisp in a pan & scatter some feta in. WAIT FOR THE FETA TO MELT/BROWN (this is important). Once the feta is cooking, drop two eggs in on top and fry over medium. Dump it all on a plate & enjoy with avocado
One of the aussies’ best inventions. Whip up eggs, almond milk, turmeric, and aleppo pepper. Over low heat, don’t scramble… FOLD!!! gently with a rubber spatula. Have with a bit of ciabatta and mashed avo…hell yah
