I used to think it was a waste of time... I was a fool!!! I carry all of my emotions in my hips. A good stretch (or foam roll) is unbelievably cathartic.
Stretching really relaxes my mind. stretching + music is the always amazing. Sometimes dancing too π€·π½. If no one is watching, stretch and dance however you want! Its very freeing and its good exercise.
nothing makes me feel older than tight hip flexors, creaky knees, and an achy lower back. I usually do a flow of "threading the kneedle," cat cows, downward dogs, hip switches, and end with child's pose
What happens behind the wheel is, frankly, none of my business. I'd rather spend my time picking songs/sipping coffee/taking in the scene.
Driving is so pedestrian.
