Eat bugs

Seriously, this is the future (and the past). High in protein, wild caught bugs are a sustainable way forward.
I ate these on guacamole last week at Los Danzantes in Oaxaca, but I ate grasshoppers in meals at several other places throughout the week and it was all delicious. 😋
