found it on clearance sale at a weird little thrift in an alley, and it's my first stone ring so whatever, I just enjoy playing with it and being able to wear non-metal jewelery while washing dishes.

Rings

For my 18th and 21st birthdays my parents each got me a ring. I wear them every day like I told them I would. they are scratched and chipped and definitely need cleaned. I always think about that post about how hands are so important and how it’s wonderful that we give up the mobility they provide to hold onto each other. These rings are like me holding my parents hands every day.

The great Indian cheese toastie

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
