Kubus was (idk it’s been a couple of yearss) the cheapest like $8-$10 for develop and scan quality tho is what you pay for so don’t expect anything amazing Luster and Sammy’s are more expensive but good all three of these are p quick
it's usually 24hr turnaround and u get high quality .tiff scans in return $20 is on the steeper end for develop + scan, but you get what you pay for and Sammy is great. it's cash only btw
i learned that there was a photo lab nearish to my apartment and never looked back. open for 30+ years and very friendly 24hrs and $13, ain’t too shabby right? most spots seem to be $20+ for develop & scan which is a lil nuts scans can be a bit cool & saturated but u can fix that pretty easily
