These are what I use personally! I think the ANC is slightly better at cancelling out voices than the Sony Spaghetti (to my ear at least) and also the battery life is twice as long. I really like the sound of them though—you get really nice, detailed separation right out of the box. And they don’t come with the bass dialed way up by default which I love because I am sensitive and migraine prone. However they do only have 1 button which does both pairing and power so it’s easy to accidentally switch them into pairing mode instead of turning on/off. And the companion app is really bad and clunky which you may hate if you like to fiddle with your EQ.

Anc but a lil big

These are kinda big headphones but I’ve had them of 6 years and I use them allll the time and they still work! noise cancelling could be better so maybe a slightly newer model 👀 try whatever headphones you end up picking refurbished or second hand 💰

Vampire Weekend - contra

Firing from the hip. A lot of albums I would recommend but this is a top 3 for me. It’s short, it’s got great production, and the string arrangement on the last song “i think ur a contra” is one of my favorite moments in music I’ve ever heard. I always skip back and turn it up louder.
