so so fun to do with plants but also cutouts and fun items. developing photos is so cool & you don’t even need to take photos for this (and relatively affordable!) i can’t wait to try it on fabric/clothes as well ‼
addycyl it’s actually so easy!! you can obv get the chemicals / formula but i recommend just getting some cyanotype paper to try it out first :) if u have that it’s literally just putting flowers/stuff on the paper and letting it sit in the sun for a while xx
been experimenting a little more with layering and using cyanotype on different mediums other than paper. its a little hobby i treat myself to when im back home and not confined to my tiny dorm room. here i used several photos i took for my schools student run record label
i didn’t snap a picture but i made a square vase with vines and made all of my friends make a thumbprint flower :) bring a polaroid camera and snap cute candids especially if u scrapbook!! i recently put stickers and mod podge on my camera and it looks sick as fuck :0
not exactly sure what i’m recommending here it just compels me. let’s bring that whimsy nonsense back bonus rec: browsing old blogspots and such. it’s cool to see what people were writing on the internet 10+ years ago :)
there is such a thing & for me it changes every time i start any kind of writing project & choose a new silly font to accompany it. currently partial to garamond
