Beautiful shape and texture that evenly distributes and holds the flavor- great with a homemade tomato sauce (or really any sauce) and lots of Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano melted in when it’s hot and you stir it up in the pot (rhyme unintentional) πŸ˜šπŸ‘Œ
