lately Iβve been into taking pics during the day and compiling them all onto one photo to capture its vibe like my morning coffee, a meal, or a cute cat Iβve been petting on the corner of a street graffitis help to visually strengthen things but sometimes I just incorporate some graphic elements I find online also, Iβm obsessed with archiving interesting amateur posters, especially ones about lost pets while one can provide unique graphic and text choices, the other can invoke really emotional responses from me love a one glance story
Taking pictures and scanning items of importance or value to you, putting them together and posting or not. Just the time spent on the project with images you care about or memories rly fills the soul π
This is my ultimate artistic goal with all the little pieces of awesomeness Iβve procured, like a crow with shiny objects. These discovered-treasures deserve a forever-home in collage form.
I cannot recommend this book enough, it was so eye opening to perceive the world as a collection of choices made by designers across time. And with their creations they have set in stone their ideologies and vision. The Politics of Design by Ruben Pater
