See, there's a line between the cheap sushi that's still good because it's sushi, and the cheap sushi that... I had sushi in Atlanta a while back, the rice was still cold from the fridge, it was not passable.
it doesn't need to be expensive, it doesn't need to be fancy, but it needs to be prepared by somebody who knows how to cook rice, and the fish has to be good enough that you don't notice how very cheap it is.
also, I'll fully accept the risk that one roll is just not good.
