itβs an Ayurvedic recipe my friends mum sent to my boyfriend & I once. Whenever I have time to make it it makes me feel so gooooood - always serve w lots of fresh lime. Google a recipe bc I will explain badly but essentially blend fresh garlic and ginger w olive oil to make a paste, cook red lentils or mung beans (or hell try both?!) with brown rice. Then u mix ur paste with your cooked stuff and serve w lime and fresh chilli. You can make it more soupy or chunkier / like a stew. And sometimes I add spinach or broccoli or veg etc. itβs the best
The meal I eat every day no joke is:
Boiled chickpeas
Boiled black beans
Jasmine rice
Iβll put baked tofu, tuna, sauerkraut and lettuce among other things in there but it always has a base of chickpeas black beans jasmine rice.
Very cheap, nutritious, delicious, adhd friendly food

go thrifting not for cheap and funky trinkets! being in a funk makes everything seem too much, so getting out of it should be kinda like stopping ur brain from being over-worked... atleast from my perspective!
