when everything feels lame and nothing sounds appealing its because i'm overthink the activity or i think it won't be that good. so if you do the first easy idea that comes to mind! you'll feel better and slowly get out of the slump!
examples:
eat something different and fun
take a walk? always lame but you WILL feel a 1000% better
read funny or romance no thought stuff
go thrifting not for cheap and funky trinkets!
being in a funk makes everything seem too much, so getting out of it should be kinda like stopping ur brain from being over-worked... atleast from my perspective!
