The more you do it, the more you realize anything is possible. Anyone judging you is projecting. Hit that pavement and hit it hard cause it just makes everything easier and removes the charge.
You can do it small or do it big. But….do it.

If you don’t already know, that’s a “growth mindset” - seeing failure as learning a way to do it better in the future. Some people have a “fixed mindset” where failure feels predictable and is a sign that they’ll never be any good.

FAILURE DOESN'T DEFINE YOU

the reality is that everyone fails and it only serves as a stepping stone for growth. it's just an opportunity.
accepting this is the first step to removing the mental barriers that have overwhelmed you into feeling stuck. what worked for me is redefining what success meant to me. this didn't make me more academic, but happier.
it doesn't have to be all or nothing, progress is successful. starting small and having compassion for yourself can make all the difference.

JUST DO IT

Whatever it is you’re wanting to do, just go for it. Give it your all. Even if it isn’t the best, do the best that you can do in this very moment. Failure means you get to try again with a different approach. Not everyone’s going to get what you do, and that’s okay there will be people who will. Don’t fear standing out or dim your own shine to match others, you’ll never know who you’ll inspire. Never stop learning or being curious, life is about exploration and discovery.
And most importantly, it’s never too late to start over, reinvent yourself or chase a dream.
