as someone with the shortest attention span everโฆ I listen to the can-can on an hour long loop. I know it sounds psychotic (it is) but it has literally gotten me through very high up jobs in the government and gives me the ability to hyperfocus for long periods of time with high intensity. That and using the pomodoro method! Good luck!
