A crazy clown dress I made
And pink and red striped marimekko slippers.
Because I'm having tea on the balcony watching the rain and because this dress is a big A-line sack made from a cotton bedspread its literally the most comfortable moo moo in the world that doesn't look like a moo moo.

forevercherry Thank you! It's the first dress I ever made 😌 The dress pattern is from the japanese book Nani Iro Sewing Studio: 18 Timeless Patterns to Sew, Wear and Love (high recommendation, very clear instructions and easy to follow) and I freestyled the bows to add some pizazz!

forevercherry Thank you! I had only done simple fix ups, some curtains and pillowcases before but when I saw this fabric in the thrift I just immediately knew it needed to become a dress! You can also remove the bows and the backside has a V-neck instead of the regular U-shape so you can wear it either way :)

Needed to do laundry…
I’ve been trying to wear like actual clothes around the house lately because i like to keep the curtains open at my big picture window which faces the street. I ran out of easy lazy outfits so I wore: * vintage Canned Heat World Boogie Tour T-shirt (it was my mom’s best friend’s shirt and it’s one of the only T-shirts I own and wear… pictured is a picture I found of it on poshmark but it’s not mine I was too lazy to take a picture lol…) * 7 for All Mankind high waisted olive green crepey skinny pants with elasticated waist and ankles? I don’t know how to describe these they are not quite a jogger but they’re very comfortable cute and easy to move around in
