PAINTING IT OUT

still in progress but felt like sharing. i was inspired to create this after a really nasty interaction with a professional artist that left me questioning my entire career. i wanted to tackle the idea of making something beautiful out of something deeply painful. i've somewhat lost the fire i had for it, but i still really feel the imagery in my soul. also built and stretched the canvas all myself!

LEMON!!

i love her so much context for #4: the other cat is kirby, he's lemon's cousin. just so you all understand the dynamics, he's like 13 yrs old and she's 5 yrs old. and for comparison, lemon's hobbies are wrestling and choking on crunchy plastic, whereas kirby's hobbies include having an attitude and invading personal space
