I took my first solo flight across the country in 2021, I was 19 years old visiting my aunt and her husband on the west coast. I love Angel and was playing the album often but this song really had a fix over me that trip. I think of riding this electric scooter across a bridge under a blue hue of light with this song playing in my headphones.
I remember listening to this a lot during my senior year of college with my big winter jacket & boots on, walking around campus. It made me feel like I was in a weird mystery coming of age movie. Weirdly nostalgic now. I wish I could listen to this album for the first time again. <3
