Stronger core, better posture, increased flexibility, a more balanced body composition, deep sense of mindfulness The only downside is how ridiculously $$expensive$$ it is, but most studios offer new clients specials and/or class packs at a discount.
If you’re within an hour walk from home, you should just walk home.
I understand taking public transit or an Uber there to be on time, but you’re not rushing to get home. Thus, walk.
