Yes to magic tree house!!! I wanted that trunk of clothes so bad. I was one that read the American girl books but never had a doll, and no I won't carry that bitterness to my grave. Felicity is my problematic fav. Tintin also falls in that category. Guess I loved adventure stories! As an older child, it was Ella enchanted, holes, chasing Redbird, and Harry Potter (rip)

I had a gigantic bound volume of illustrated classics and treasure island was my favourite. Between those and Asterix / Tintin, that was my gateway into reading longer and deeper books.
😃
Wait I just posted a book but this is top favorite ever. This book did something to my spirit and reignited my childhood desire for exploration and adventure.

Spend $70 for a yearly pass and watch many, many pretentious films (on film!) in the heart of the East Village, in a beautiful brick movie theater. It’s such a steal. We are very blessed.

It’s the best television show in the world. Every episode is like the best movie you’ve seen in a long time. Pure cinema.

When I make pancakes at home I line then with blueberries, basically leaving no empty space. You can hold them in your hand to eat, and because there’s so much blueberry, syrup becomes unnecessary. They’re both tart and sweet. The perfect food.
