Hot rocks: 1964-1971- Rolling Stones

I generally don’t like greatest hits albums, but this is one I’ve always gravitated to, mainly because it only has songs from my favorite era of the Stones, the 60s to the beginning of the 70s, rather than being a standard big retrospective compilation. Been giving it a lot of play this past week. Now I feel like firing up some Aftermath or Between The Buttons!

Talking heads' first five albums

Probably the perfect run, the first three all build towards Remain in Light and then Speaking in Tongues is the most well-deserved victory lap of all time There's for sure a lot of others but that's the first one that comes to mind

AND JUSTICE FOR ALL… ON THE WAY TO WORK

So for god knows what reason I’m being forced to work at 4:45 this morning and have a 12 hour shift. God save me. For my 45 minute commute I need to charge my cell phone, and can’t aux at the same time. I’m listening to my CD of Metallica’s And Justice For All… and I am kicking ass and taking names!! I know it’s basic, but I love AJFA and master of puppets, these albums just kick ass I love the guitar tone. Super quick and melodically not too hard on the ears, this is a great start to Metal if you never have listened!! One is maybe a top 5 song ever for me but I also love Harvester of Sorrow and Eye of the Beholder, if I had to pick a few. Bonus - the live Seattle ‘89 concert on here is amazing and tied for my favorite live album (with men I trust). Enjoy lord help me
