Rec'd on 😃 Favorite cities/ places you have visited?

I recently went to seattle for a music festival and fell in love with the city. But less because of the place and more because of the people. Everyone was so kind and willing to talk to you, something that is not common where i’m from. And the weather was beautiful. The sun doesn’t completely set till around 10:30, and the days are warm but not sticky. It’s perfect.

BEING A TOURIST IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY - LIBERAL 'MERICA EDITION 🇺🇸

i super don't fw our policies under this admin but i took a lovely trip to seattle w my family and it made me feel so good to see my own ideals mirrored in a beautiful, walkable (downtown) city with so much natural beauty. liberal americana is my new niche obsession and seattle on july 4th feels so perfect!

try new things

When I find myself getting into this state, it’s usually because the things that used to excite me or give me purpose, don’t anymore. Recently I found myself getting in that exact state. Totally uninspired by everything. The school year had just ended, I had just gotten out of a relationship, and I no longer had something to fill my day, or give me purpose. So I started boxing! A hobby that makes zero sense with who I am as a person, which is kind of why i love it. I love that it’s something i am starting from scratch and it’s fun to see my progress develop. It’s also given me a new community outside of my normal routine. So i recommend diving into a hobby that might seem unexpected and focusing your energy into that, you never know what it could turn into.

Mj lenderman’s new project

MJ Lenderman has put out 3 singles from his upcoming album “Manning Fireworks”. All of them are really great listens but my personal favorite (right now at least) is “She’s leaving you”. But all three have been on a heavy rotation for me.
