hate to say it but it's the OG for a reason. expensive but I think worth it for a really fully featured builder that also lets you mess with CSS easily, and has a lot of portfolio management features specifically which is why i went for it
i built mine with squarespace :) i love the UI and how easy it is to see out a finished version that looks rly clean EDIT: ah i see u used the word “affordable”, my fault… squarespace often had deals for the first year being like 50% off tho! still might be $100+ ah
