I've been using Endel on and off for a few years. In the beginning of this year I purchased its annual subscription again after a break and I don't want to look back. It now has more soundscapes and exercises to battle anxiety and ADHD.
Solfeggio Tones are saving my brain from tiredness. On some days, when I'm not that tired, I feel nothing when I listen to them. But on days when my brain is exhausted, I feel like they are giving my brain the massage and bliss it needs. It's the example of how AI products should be. On top of that, the design of the app has been one of my favorite since I first saw it.

the flora app is my favorite productivity tool to help me lock in!!!! i’ve used it for years for school and i’m using it even in post-grad when i catch myself doomscrolling too much.
basically, you set a timer for how long you want to focus for. if you go on any other app on your phone within the timer, you kill the tree you were set to grow!!! but if you stay focused, you add a cute little tree or plant to your garden. you can donate money to plant a real tree as more of an incentive.
the killing a tree message actually makes me a lil sad, even if it’s not “real.” so it motivates me to focus and not kill my online trees 😭

I really loved climbing trees and staying up there for hoursssss and I’d imagine I was convincing everyone who passed by that fairies were real because I’d wear dresses and wings on these climbing expeditions
