The first titles that come to mind are Rotting in the Sun & All of Us Strangers. Both a bit dark and different than the films you mentioned though. I also heard Passages is pretty good and pretty sexy. When it comes to lesbian films I’d recommend Blue is the Warmest Colour in case you haven’t seen that yet. If you ’re up for starting a new series: It’s a Sin.

The director for blue is the warmest colour is awful and sexualised the hell out of the actresses on set so would avoid - I would recommend carol or something more recent love lies bleeding
i actually don’t think i have a singular favorite queer movie but i’m recing pride since it is lesser-known (despite having a great cast!). it’s based on a true story and highlights a beautiful intersection of the labor and gay lib movements! when i went to london i visited the bookstore from the film (gay’s the word).
bound is also a favorite of mine! :) i recently watched saving face and loved that one too. the incredibly true adventures of two girls in love (which i have rec’d before) is also a favorite. bodies bodies bodies, bottoms, jennifer’s body, and but i’m a cheerleader as well!
if you don’t know new queer cinema, his films are a great place to start. incredible slice of life campy shit. nowhere is my favorite of his so far but you really can’t pick a bad one!
ps don’t watch if you hate sex scenes, violence, or gay yearning </3
Now this may come as a surprise to people like me, but leaving on time for appointments actually stops you from being late. I’ve been on time for two doctor’s appointments last week and it really does change the tune to your entire day for the better. 🎶 Plus, not feeling rushed or anxious about being late makes you able to enjoy the ride there. You’re welcome!
This man became the most attractive person on the internet overnight. Speaking up for the rights of the oppressed and opening up to Elmo are hot. Whatever film or project this is pre-emptive PR for - I‘m in. PS, he is 40!?
