Cliché but this is my favourite drink and they’re hyped up for a reason in my opinion.
Here’s a really strong one I had in Italy last year (the strength made up for the lack of garnish)
cook some short/medium grain rice (rice cooker or instant pot) Put some butter and soy sauce on it while it’s still warm. Optional toppings: eggs, bacon, avocado, greens, sesame seeds, togarashi, furikake, chili crisp stuff, bonito flakes, kimchi, green onions - sky’s the limit,
