I feel like it can almost let you have a more pure form of expression bc you're not limited by any artistic habits you might have fallen into or conventions of how you "should" or "shouldn't" paint. Although I guess having more practice can equip you to more clearly express yourself anyway...feel like I'm going in circles a little bit but painting regardless of experience and without shame or a filter I think is soooooo good

even if its delusional, I really do love the idea of trusting that all of the perceived hardships, anxieties, and lessons ultimately lead to a path that's catered to our individual needs for growth and learning.
maybe I am detaching from reality in an effort to cope, but I truly am starting to believe that miracles (big and small) happen daily and that we will all be ok in the end.
