i know it's cliche but i really love it here!
i really need a job here and more friends and a lover but i am taking time to appreciate what i do have which is the opportunity to live in such an amazing city with so many things happening all the time everywhere.
i was never really a new york or nowhere person (and i'm still not, go wherever you want) but there is really nowhere i'd rather be right now :D
I’ve never been addicted (very thankfully) to anything in my life but i am wildly addicted to this city. Provides a steady dose of perspective at the turn of every block.
Little buddies just sleeping, looking out the window, grooming themselves (self care).
I just visited family with no cats (we have 2) and i caught myself looking for little creatures silently coming in and out of rooms. It sounds creepy but 10/10 fully recommend
